Carl Jung and the Dark Night of the Soul
In this video, we go over the idea of the Dark Night of the Soul which is explained by Jung as an experience where one pulls back their projections and comes into an encounter with their shadow. During this period one struggles with feelings of meaninglessness and confusion. We explore the psychological implications of the alchemical process Jung outlines that occurs as one works through the experience of the Dark Night of the Soul.
