Recorded in front of a live audience on December 20, 1981 when Manly Hall was 80 years old. Hall always gave a lecture on the Sunday before Christmas each year, with a focus on the meaning a spirit of the holiday. He spoke often on how anyone can gain from the kindly thoughts of doing good to all persons and cultivating the spirit of giving - regardless of any religious belief of association.
In this talk, Hall draws from many spiritual traditions, including the Hopi and Zuni from the American Southwest.
